LMAO, this is indeed a common sight around Vietnam, anytime from about noon to 4pm. Best to get your business done before 11:30am.
Haha, yeah, a VERY common sight.
One of the story behind this is that Vietnamese are hardworking people. Many of them are up before sunrise and doing a 12 hours job, mainly in the service industry, is almost market practise.
