Recommending to you a great place to have Bun Mam in Saigon.

The 2nd best thing about this stall (the best being its VERY VERY tasty Bun Mam) is that they are located right beside the famous Ben Thanh Market. Opened only from morning to early noon, the Bun Mam here doesn’t come cheap at US$2.50/bowl (45,000vnd). But at that price, you are served 2 big prawns, big cuts of fish meat, pork, squid and other stuffs. I also like the idea that you can get an authentic Vietnam dining experience here- eating by the roadside with those tiny tables and chairs.
