Did you try the trick of dinning only in places that are crowded? Reason being if it's crowded, the food should be fresh, never mind if it's good or not. You are right about having one Mon Hue in Hai Ba Trung. It's on street number 302. I've just returned from Phan Thiet (about 200km from HCMC) on a 50% work and 50% holiday. Working now to sort out the pictures for my post on this very fun beach area of Vietnam. I’ve just returned from Phan Thiet (about 200km from HCMC) on a 50% work and 50% holiday. Working now to sort out the pictures for my post on this very fun beach area of Vietnam. In the meantime, the next post is on getting a tourist visa when visiting Vietnam. :-)

I ordered a combo dish. Unfortunately I felt sick from that; to the point I almost had to cancel my flight to Singapore. I had a fever & upset stomach. Luckily I felt better & made the trip. And you know that a fever at the airport is automatic detention 'cause of H1N1. BTW, the featured Restaurant is very nice! I think it has a branch on Hai Ba Trung St (across from the church); but not as fancy as this one. I ate there too but it was fine. Looking forward to your next blog!
