The Black Cat Restaurant is a tiny but popular two-floor restaurant with iconic images of Vietnam blown up and made into wallpaper. Serves up a wide selection of western-style fare with a Vietnamese influence. Particularly popular is the extensive range of imaginatively named sandwiches and burgers.
