Goi cuon or Vietnam spring roll is a style of Vietnamese cooking comprising diversified ingredients wrapped and rolled in rice paper (bánh tráng), vegetable and herb leaves. The Vietnamese spring roll also consist of pork, shrimp and rice vermicelli. These Vietnamese spring rolls are served cold, and are not fried. People can find a sufficient amount of tastes in this healthy kind of Vietnamese dish which is served with a lot of vegetables. However, the key of this dish is the dipping sauce called nuoc cham, or the famous Vietnam fish sauce.
