The Dragon Fruit, also known as the Pitaya, cultivated in Vietnam, is a stunningly beautiful Vietnam fruit with an intense colour and shape, magnificent flowers and a delicious taste. The fruit, apart from being refreshing and tasty, has loads of vitamin C and is said to aid digestion. The Dragon Fruit can reputedly improve eyesight and prevent hypertension.
